Easy 3 Ingredients Roast Rack of Lamb

The EASIEST roast lamb rack recipe you’ll find! Impress your guests using only 3 ingredients (other than the lamb rack 😉) that can be found in every pantry!


Ingredients
- Pure South New Zealand Grass Fed Frenched Lamb Rack (click here to buy!)
- Pepper
- Chicken Stock cubes
- Olive Oil


Steps
1. Thaw the lamb rack
2. Pat dry meat & season with black pepper
3. Crush chicken stock cubes and mix well with olive oil.
4. Slather and massage oil mixture onto the lamb and leave for at least 30 minutes.
5. Bake with fan on at 190 deg C for 20-25 minutes based on your preferred doneness. Here we baked 20 minutes for medium rare.
6. Remove the lamb from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing so that the juices can be retained!
