Beef used in our Aussie Beef Box is Grass Fed beef. As grass fed beef is lower in fat, kindly expect it to be lower in marbling and slightly tougher than grain fed beef.

Our BEEF BACON is sliced from brisket, a cut of meat from the breast of beef and further smoked and processed with brown sugar and salt. Quick pan fry for crispy delicious breakfast or a sandwich filling.
Our BEEF MINCE is a versatile product produced using beef trimmings that can be used in various western and asian dishes. Do take note that beef trimmings will contain traces amount of tendons.
